Maki sushi 巻き寿司 and Inari sushi 稲荷寿司
are very popular dish for home cooking or bento/lunch box in Japan. These are also great dish for a house party or potlucks.
This class is for everyone who is interested in basic Japanese cuisine, this time for Sushi. Learn how to prepare and roll a basic Maki(rolled) sushi and Inari sushi. It’s a great opportunity to level up your culinary skills and explore your creativity.

How to arrange sushi for everyone (rice, filling, sauce etc.)

Four mini or two full size rolls of Maki sushi
Two of Inari sushi
This cooking class includes 90min. of hands-on cooking session and 30min. of tasting your creation, plus a bowl of miso soup, a few side dishes prepared by Maya.
