Somen 素麺 is a kind of noodles in Japan which is very thin wheat noodles. It is commonly eaten chilled during summer, especially on hot days. It is usually served with Tsuyu (dipping sauce) and some toppings, like vegetables, eggs, sea food, meat etc.
I’m sharing how to enjoy this dish with what we can get in Montreal and make this very simple meal more nutritious.

Yakumi; grated ginger, Shiso and herbs
I’m committed to use organic ingredients and from local farmers as much as possible. This supper club will be prepared without any animal products, refined sugar, or highly processed food.
Gluten-free noodles are available upon request.

Maya’s SUPPER CLUB
