This is a special workshop which is a collaboration of Reina and Maya.
Have you heard ‘hot chocolate bombs’ before? It is a small chocolate ball filled with cocoa and marshmallows. You put the ball in a cup, pour some hot milk then voila, hot chocolate is ready!
We liked the idea of hot chocolate bomb but with Matcha. After a few trial, finally I succeeded to create one with Reina’s Matcha and Callebaut white chocolate.
I’ve also tried with dairy-free white chocolate. It was ok but the taste wasn’t good enough… so this time I made a decision to go with the best quality of white chocolate.
