Our Matcha workshop is back!

Reina Sakao is known as Madame Matcha and Maya Furuta, chef and mindful-eating consultant teamed up to introduce Matcha and Japanese dessert.

You’ll learn;

  • Matcha, how to choose, prepare and enjoy in daily life

  • most popular flavour for dessert in Japan, Matcha, Hojicha, Kuro-goma(black sesame) and Kinako(roasted soy bean powder)

You’ll taste;

  • four types of matcha

  • four kinds of plant-based dessert ; Kuro-goma cake, Shiratama with Adzuki & Kinako, Hojicha cookies and Wasanbon
