A weekend to rediscover you

Professional guides in wellness, nutrition and personal storytelling, will support you to gain a new understanding of how tap into your stillness.

Return home refreshed and renewed with concepts you can use in your own practice.

There will be daily yoga and playful, thoughtful writing prompts designed to help you reflect and spark new stories of what is possible for you.

No skills are needed, just an openness to dedicate time for yourself.

We will be 8-10 people. You are very welcome to come with a friend, partner or alone. In fact, you might find a solo trip helps you unwind and recall all the things you still are.

You will have alone time and opportunity to meet likeminded people in a small group.

We encourage you to join the activities as this helps create connection with others. It’s also for this reason, we ask that all people staying on site are part of the retreat. We can’t welcome non-participating partners this time.

Your stay

The retreat takes place in the heart of Lanaudière, on the shores of peaceful tree-lined Clermoustier Lake, just an hour from Montreal at charming Ô Chalet. In a warm, welcoming atmosphere, forget the stress of city life and its breathless pace and immerse yourself in the silence and tranquility of nature.

Nourish yourself with delicious locally-sourced, plant-based meals, snacks, coffee, tea and refreshments on this fully catered weekend. If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know. The weekend will be alcohol-free.

Nearby

Enjoy hiking trails, evening campfire and hot tubs. Curl up with a book or take a nap. Whatever you chose, this weekend is for you to rest and restore.

Through reflection, movement and some sweet time for yourself, rediscover what grounds and fuels you
